Jessica Holmes is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Arkansas & Mississippi Policy Fellow and 6th grade math teacher at Meekins Middle School in Stuttgart, Arkansas. She focuses on student math interventions. Jessica is an alumna of Arkansas Teacher Corps and the Teach For America Rural School Leadership Academy. As a first-generation college graduate, Jessica earned a BS in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and an MEd in educational leadership from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
