Chelsea Howard is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Indiana Policy Fellow and a 7th-12th grade science teacher leader, Leader in Me coordinator, and science coach at Union School Corporation in Modoc, Indiana. She focuses on teaching students in the sciences, career exploration, and fostering a love of lifelong learning. She has four years experience as a Leader in Me coordinator, and was accepted into and completed the Teacher Leader Bootcamp. Chelsea began her teaching career in Indiana through Teachers of Tomorrow. She has coordinated STEM summer camps and teaches various middle and high school classes. She earned her BA in biology from the Ohio State University.
