Lynn Howell is a 2024-2025 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Equity Leadership Institute member and paraprofessional who works with K-4 students in Gateway School District in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. She is on her school’s equity team. During more than 27 years with her district, Lynn has held several positions, including computer aid and personal care aid. She has a Pennsylvania State Department of Education Certification for Paraprofessionals.
