Moira Hull is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and 1st grade teacher at John Hancock Demonstration School in Philadelphia. She develops students’ foundational literacy, social and emotional skills, and oral communication abilities. Previously, she served as 1st grade Team Lead at Juniata Park Academy. Moira began her teaching career in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a 2018 Teach for America corps member and has taught K-2. She earned her BA in political science from the University of Virginia and MSEd in urban education from the University of Pennsylvania.
