Talina Hutton is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow and 3rd grade general subjects teacher at H. Allen Hight Elementary School in Sacramento, California. She serves as Student Success Team coordinator, facilitating interventions and support, and previously was on the School Site Council. Talina was recognized for having the highest math diagnostic scores at her school (2025-2026). She is a published children’s book author and founder of Grand Feet. Talina earned a BA in management from the University of Phoenix, MAT from the University of San Francisco, and is completing a Community College Faculty Preparation program at Sacramento State University.
