Hwa Tsu is a Teach Plus Indianapolis Teaching Policy Fellow. Hwa teaches 9th grade biology, AP Physics 1, and IB Physics at North Central High School, where he also sponsors the Science Olympiad Team and the ACE Mentoring Program. Hwa is a member of the district’s IB Head Council and serves on the school MYP Personal Project committee. He was awarded a Lilly Teacher Creativity Fellowship in 2014. Hwa entered teaching through the first cohort of the Woodrow Wilson Indiana Teaching Fellowship. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in General Engineering and received his MAT in Secondary Education from the University of India
