Norris Ingram is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow and 3rd grade teacher at Southwest Leadership Academy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He previously taught elementary students and led literacy and enrichment programs. Norris was recognized as one of 100 Men Making a Difference Under 30 by state Sen. Vincent Hughes (2025). He earned a BA in communication studies with a concentration in public relations from Northern Caribbean University and is pursuing an MEd in education preK through 4th grade and special education pre-K through 12th grade at Neumann University.
