Mario Ivancic is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Illinois Chicago Change Agent and a 3rd grade teacher leader, OST Coordinator, and ESL teacher at Healy Elementary School in Bridgeport. Mario has been an ILT member focused on finding best instructional strategies for a diverse student population and previously served as grade level chair. He is an alumnus of the New Leaders for New Schools Emerging Leaders program. He received his REACH certification in 2013 and his ESL and Administrative endorsements in 2016. He earned his BA in education from the University of Zagreb in Croatia, MEd in Educational Leadership from American College of Education, and administrative credential from Chicago Public Schools.
