Danielle Jackson is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Illinois Affinity Group Facilitator and is a Middle School Counselor at Freeport Middle School in Freeport. She is the Middle Level Counseling Department Chairperson and Vice President of Equity for the Freeport Education Association. She previously served as a board member of the Illinois School Counseling Association. Danielle was named 2017 Illinois Middle School Counselor of the Year and has presented at the Clinician Learning Forum in September 2019. Danielle earned her BA in Sociology from Lane College and an MS in Human Services/Counseling from National Louis University.
