Jacob Schilleci is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Nevada Teaching Policy Fellow. Jacob teaches literature and composition at Northwest Career & Technical Academy in Las Vegas. Jacob has mentored new teachers and participates in the Teacher Leadership Academy fellowship. His documentary titled ProjectPublic:Ed showcases the extraordinary efforts of students, teachers, and community members who contribute to the improvement of Nevada’s education. He earned a BA in English from California State University, Fullerton and an MA in Curriculum Analysis and Educational Leadership from the University of Las Verne.
