Jasmine Gilliam is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Change Agent Teacher Leader. Jasmine teaches 3rd-5th grade special education resource at Joshua D. Kershaw an IB World School, where she also serves as the case manager and English learner professional teacher. Jasmine served as a Network Teacher Facilitator for social science and is a Chicago Scholar Alumna. She previously served as a middle school science teacher at KIPP: Bloom Middle School. She graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in Inclusive Elementary and Special Education and a BS in Political Science and received her MEd in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
