Jennifer Armstrong is a Teach Plus Colorado Teaching Policy Fellow. An educator since 2009, Jennifer teaches 4th grade at Hillcrest Elementary School in Northglenn, Colorado. She is the facilitator of the school-wide Response to Intervention team and serves as grade level chair. Prior to teaching at Hillcrest, Jennifer taught 3rd grade at Mission Manor Elementary School in Tucson, Arizona. She received her BS in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and her MEd in Curriculum and Instruction in Reading from Grand Canyon University.
