Jesse Faber is a Teach Plus Illinois Teaching Policy Fellow. Jesse is an agriculture science educator at Pontiac Township High School in Pontiac, IL, and has taught a variety of agriculture science, science, and technology courses since entering the classroom in 2006. Jesse serves as an adviser for the Pontiac Future Farmers of America Chapter and has been recognized as an Outstanding Agri-Science Teacher and Outstanding Young Member in the National Association of Agriculture Education. He has served as president and is currently legislative chair of the Illinois Association of Vocational Agriculture Educators. Jesse earned a BS and an MS in Agriculture Education from the University of Illinois.
