Jessica Bell is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow who teaches sculpture, welding, and AP3D Design at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas. In 2020, Bell received artist awards from the Office of Arts and Culture, City of Dallas and Red Bull Arts. A 15-year teaching veteran, Jessica is a Distinguished Teacher in Dallas ISD, earning the TIA Master Teacher Designation. Jessica has earned several degrees, including a BS in Art Education and MS Ed in Curriculum Development with a concentration in Ceramics.
