Jessica Moore is a Teach Plus Colorado Teaching Policy Fellow. She teaches 6th and 7th grade language arts in the Weld RE-1 School District. She has previously taught 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades, and has facilitated professional development in numerous schools districts. Jessica is both a state and national policy advocate, working with America Achieves, the Collaborative for Student Success, and the Student Achievement Partners Core Advocate Program to influence education policy. She earned a BA in History from Lewis and Clark College, an MAT in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix, and her administrative license from the University of Northern Colorado.
