Jessica Enderlin Nadzam is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow and a biology and computer science teacher at Jonesboro High School in Jonesboro. Jessica also serves as the director of an after-school credit recovery program and as the treasurer of the district union. She was admitted to the Talkington Graduate Fellowship and devotes her studies to federal education policy, STEM education, virtual learning, teacher workforce policy, and the intersections of education and public health. Jessica is a Teach for America alumna who earned her BS in Biology at Lyon College, her MSEd in Educational Studies at Johns Hopkins University with distinction, her EdS in Educational Leadership at Arkansas State University and she is a PhD candidate in Texas Tech University’s Educational Leadership Policy program.
