Megan Jimerson is a 2025-2026 Teach Plus Texas Early Childhood Educator Group Facilitator. She is a kindergarten educator and lead teacher for instructional leadership at an El Paso, Texas, school. With more than 10 years of experience in education and childcare, Megan has taken on leadership roles in curriculum planning and teacher mentorship. She is a designated Teacher Incentive Allotment Exemplary Teacher, recognized for her impact on student growth and instructional excellence. She holds a bachelor’sin early childhood education from New Mexico State University and master’s in educational leadership from Arizona State University.
