Joe Jenkins is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow who teaches 11th grade Physics and Robotics at New Tech High School in Dallas. Joe was his campus’ teacher of the year and he also serves as Department Chair and a member of the Campus Instructional Leadership Team and previously taught Physics and Astronomy. Joe is a Teach for America alumnus and is a veteran of the United State Marine Corps. Joe graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with a BA in political science and an MPA from the University of Texas at Austin.
