Anna Lynette Johnson is a 2025-2026 Philadelphia Affinity Group Network Facilitator. She is grades 7-8 English language arts and social studies teacher and Philadelphia Federation of Teachers Building Representative at Paul L. Dunbar Elementary School in Philadelphia. Anna has been an educator for the School District of Philadelphia since 2004, starting out as Transition Support Tutor before teaching 2nd, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades for more than two decades. She also spent five years as the School Based Teacher Leader for Literacy, providing educators with mentoring, co-planning, and co-teaching experiences, as well as professional development to create literacy-rich classroom environments. She earned her BA in African American studies from Temple University and an MEd in education from Arcadia University.
