Casaundra N. Johnson, MEd, is a 2024-2025 Harmony School Leader Advisory Cabinet Member. She is an Assistant Principal-Dean of Academics for Harmony Public Schools, Houston South/West District at Harmony School of Fine Arts and Technology in Houston, Texas. Located at a K-8th campus she oversees curriculum, teacher professional development, grading, and instruction in grades 6th-8th. Casaundra has been Middle School Teacher of the Year for her campus, as well as Campus English Lanugage Arts Instructional Coach and Department Chair. Her educational legacy is: #ItsAllAboutTheKids. She is a current member of The Junior League of Houston, Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation Young Professionals Group, and Houston Area Urban League Young Professionals. Casaundra holds an AA from The Victoria College, AS from The Victoria College, bachelor’s in business administration-business management from University of Houston-Victoria, theology degree from Family Life Bible College, and master’s in educational administration from Lamar University.
