Rebecca Jones is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Colorado Policy Fellow and Affective Needs Center program lead at DSST: Cole High School in Denver. She teaches academics, social-emotional learning, and transition planning to high school students with significant emotional and behavioral disabilities. She serves as the Affective Needs Center program lead and previously served as the school’s special education coordinator. Rebecca earned a BA in special education from Coastal Carolina University and is pursuing an MA in educational leadership and special education administration at the University of Northern Colorado.
