Jordana McCudden is a Teach Plus Nevada Senior Policy Fellow. Jordana serves as an instructional coach for Clark County School District. She is an alumna of the Public Education Foundation’s Teacher Leader Academy. Throughout her teaching career, she has developed microcredentials with the Center for Teaching Quality, taught adult learners with the Nevada Collaboratory, volunteered on the Southern Nevada Educator Leadership Symposium steering committee, and served as chairperson of the School Organizational Team and her school’s technology department. She has received two nominations for The Heart of Education Award and has twice received the Distinguished Star Award in her school performance zone. She earned a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of California, Riverside and a Masters in Teaching from St. Martin’s University. She is currently finishing a Masters in Educational Leadership at Western Governors University.
