Katharina Shepler is a Teach Plus Indianapolis Change Agent and a Teach Plus Indiana Teaching Policy Fellowship alumna. Katharina is an elementary literacy coach at Ralph Waldo Emerson School, where she also serves as a member of the leadership team. Prior to being an instructional coach, Katharina was a kindergarten through 3rd grade reading interventionist at Ralph Waldo Emerson and taught 1st and 2nd grade at Andrew J. Brown Academy. Katharina graduated from Ball State University with a BA in Elementary Education.
