Barb Kebe is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Equity Leadership Institute member and is a kindergarten teacher in the Wilkinsburg School District. Barb has been teaching for more than 30 years, with more than 15 in her current district. Barb earned her BS in Elementary Education with a specialization in Special Education from West Virginia University. She earned her MA in Special Education from Seton Hill University where she then joined the adjunct faculty teaching graduate courses focused on Autism Spectrum Disorders.
