Kecia Rawls is a 2019-20 Teach Plus Change Agent Teacher Leader. Kecia teaches primary special education at Willa Cather elementary school. Kecia is a member of the schools MTSS (multi-tiered systems of support) team. She graduated from Chicago State University with a BA in Social Work and received her Med in Special Education from the University of Phoenix.
