Keith Nalbach is a 2018-19 Teach Plus Rhode Island Teaching Policy Fellow. Keith is an advisor at The Metropolitan Regional Career and Technical Center (The Met) in Providence, RI. He is certified as a professional development provider (PDP) with Ford: Next Generation Learning, focusing on high school redesign. As a PDF, he has participated in multiple projects across the country and co-managed the transition of a small school in Florida to The Academy of IT and Robotics. Keith has presented at conferences on project and passion-based learning, as well as on how to better engage politicians to influence education policy. He was part of the RI Advisory Committee for the Educator Evaluation System. Keith graduated with a BS in English Language Arts from New York University.
