Kelly Emadi is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow currently works as a Reading Academy Cohort Leader where she provides training and support for Lockhart ISD. She’s previously served as a district instructional coach, a classroom teacher, and a K-12 special education teacher. Emadi has reviewed curriculum for two rounds of the Texas Resource Review and has been awarded Teacher of the Year. She graduated with honors from Texas State University with her MEd in Educational Leadership.
