Kelly McGee is a 2020-21 Kindergarten Readiness Innovator Teacher Leader who teaches the kindergarten Readiness Program for 3-5 year old children at Malone’s Early Learning Center. Kelly teaches and assesses growth and development in each of the developmental areas for all 3- to 5-year-old children. Kelly initiated and now leads the Kindergarten Readiness Program while coaching and supporting her coworkers. Kelly has a level 2 Director Credential, a Level 5 ECE Credential, and a Level 4 Infant/Toddler Credential with Gateways to Opportunity. Kelly is a member of NAEYC and currently serves as a Board Member for Southern Illinois AEYC Chapter. Kelly graduated from Mid-Continent University with a BS in Business Management and Administration.
