Kelsey Bullington-Hodge is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow who teaches 10th grade World History at WT White High School’s Collegiate Program in Dallas, Texas. Kelsey began as a community liaison at Dallas ISD’s first personalized learning high school, then went on to teach 8th grade U.S. History while serving as an Instructional Lead Teacher. She graduated from Ursinus College with a BA in History and International Relations.
