Kelsey Wiley is a 2023-2024 Senior Fellow, and was a member of the 2021-2022 cohort of the MTLC . She is a 10th grade English teacher at Cass Technical High School in Detroit, Michigan. Her primary focus in her ELA classes is using literature and the written word to show students that they are agents of change. Kelsey is a committee lead in the DPSCD LGBTQ+ Support & Advisory Council, cultivating and training educators on creating inclusive classrooms for all students. She earned her BA in English at Michigan State University in 2017.
