Jordan Kilpatrick is a 2023-2024 Teach Plus Illinois Affinity Group Facilitator and a K-8th grade Director of Community & Student Engagement at Fairview South Elementary School in Skokie, Illinois. She focuses on fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and cultivating community and student engagement opportunities and initiatives amongst students, staff and the Fairview District community. Jordan was awarded the Alice Prince Award from the Heath Education Department at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Jordan is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She earned her BS in community health education from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, an MS in healthcare administration, an MS in healthcare informatics from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and a certification in leadership of diversity, equity, and inclusion from Northwestern University.
