Casey King is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and non-verbal autism spectrum disorder preschool teacher at Szetela Early Childhood Center in Chicopee, Massachusetts. She serves as team leader for three autism spectrum disorder classrooms and is an instructional leadership team member. Casey previously served as a mentor teacher for student teachers. She received the Pioneer Valley Excellence in Teaching Award (2025) and is completing candidate requirements for National Board Certification. Casey earned a MS in education from American International College, completed an autism teacher endorsement through Bridgewater State University, and is pursuing an MS in special education autism and developmental disabilities at Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
