Caitlin Knight is a 2025–2026 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow and 1st grade teacher at Apple Glen Elementary in Bentonville, Arkansas. She is a building representative on the Personnel and Policy Committee and is on the LISC Visible Learning committee. Caitlin has participated in committees centered on Ruth Barker Middle School International Baccalaureate, Corwin’s Visible Learning feedback, Vision 2020 technology, district employee benefits, and teacher salaries. In addition, she has served on the board of directors for Arkansas Early Learning (2017-2025), Bentonville School District’s Leadership Network cohort 1 (2022-2023), and was named the Bentonville School District Teacher of the Year (2015). Caitlin is a National Board Certified teacher in language arts. She earned her BSE in elementary education and MSE in curriculum and instruction, and has certifications in English as a Second Language and Building Administration, all from Arkansas State University.
