Krista Fincke is a Teach Plus Greater Boston Teaching Policy Fellow. She is a 5th and 6th grade science teacher at Excel Academy Charter School in Chelsea, MA, where she serves as the grade level content chair for the 5th and 6th grade science curriculum across three Excel middle schools. Prior to teaching at Excel, Krista worked as an AmeriCorps VISTA and Site Coordinator for Tenacity, an after-school tennis and literacy program located at the Mario Umana Academy. Krista earned a BA in Elementary and Middle School Education and Integrated Science with a concentration in Math from Rider University.
