Kyle Morean is an innovative computer applications and online media literacy teacher at Thurgood Marshall Academy, a college preparatory charter high school in Washington D.C., where he designs original and responsive curricula for both courses. In addition to his classroom responsibilities, Kyle coordinates and leads curriculum design for the school-wide Annual Portfolio Exhibition. He served as an inaugural Education Innovation Fellow (2013), researching and piloting best-practice strategies for online and personalized learning. Kyle graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington, with a BA in communication with a concentration in conflict resolution.
