Lisette Langlois is a 2nd grade dual language teacher at Madison Elementary in Sacramento, California. She is on the Instructional Leader Team in order to make a change in the way schools are led, and foretells of a new leadership role for teachers in guiding each school’s work and built-in mechanism to ensure teacher engagement and voice in the work of collaborative decision-making on instruction. She earned BS in Speech Language Pathology from Sacramento State University, and Teaching Credential from Sacramento Office of Education and Bilingual Authorization Certificate from University of California, Los Angeles.
