LaPia Wilson is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Texas Policy Fellow teaches Special Education Inclusion at Frank Guzick Elementary School in Dallas, where she also serves as the Special Education Team Lead and on the Campus Instructional Leadership Team. LaPia is an Exemplary Distinguished Teacher, according to the Dallas ISD teacher rating scale and holds the designation of a Master Teacher through the Texas Education Agency. She graduated from the University of North Texas at Denton with a BS in Criminal Justice, an MEd in Early Childhood Education from Texas A&M Commerce, and an MEd in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Austin.
