Lea-Antoinette Serena is a Teach Plus Commonwealth Teaching Policy Fellow. Lea is a 2nd grade teacher at the Mather Elementary. She is a Boston Teachers Union representative and part of her schools Instructional Leadership team. Previously at the Lee Academy Pilot School, Lea-Antoinette served on the governing Board and Hiring committee. She holds a BA in Political Science from Bridgewater State University and earned her MEd from Endicott College.
