Dr. Noaveyar Lee is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow and the school counseling coordinator at Orange County Department of Education. She focuses on teaching digital literacy as a Google certified trainer. Noaveyar also serves as a substitute teacher in Beaumont Unified School District. She was honored as an advocate for the District African American Parent Advisory Council. She is a member of the American School Counselor Association and California Association of School Counselors. Noaveyar earned an EdD degree from the University of LaVerne, a MA in Educational Leadership from the University of Redlands, and a BA degree from the University of Southern California.
