Leida Rosario is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Pennsylvania Policy Fellow who teaches English as a Second Language at Jackson Early Childhood Center in Allentown. Leida is a member of the School Leadership Committee and the Elementary Student Assistance Program (ESAP) team and has served as a mentor teacher for others in the district. Leida was awarded Teacher of Excellence at the 1st Annual Award Ceremony for the Allentown School District in 2018. She graduated from the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga in Colombia with a BA in Elementary Education and received her MEd in Teaching English as a Second Language from DeSales University. She is a current student in the MEd program in Educational Leadership -Urban Principal Academy at Lehigh University.
