Leigh Dela Victoria is a 2021-22 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow who coaches teachers in multiple subjects and develops and facilitates professional development at the district level. A 19-year teaching veteran, Leigh previously taught 3rd and 5th grade. She received her BA in Liberal Studies, MED and PhD in Education from University of California, Riverside.
