Leron McAdoo is a 2021-2022 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow who teaches Art 1, Drawing 1, Graphics, and Art Design at Central High in Little Rock. Leron does college and career coaching through the AVID program and sponsors the Writeous Club for creative youth. Leron is an Arkansas Declaration of Learning Teacher, has held many positions in the Little Rock Education Association, does professional development, and organizes youth programs. His experiences as an artist, author, entrepreneur, musician, and speaker inform his teaching. He received his BS in Art Education at the UAPB and is working on his MA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration on Art Curriculum and Social Work at UALR.
