Grace Lin-Cereghino is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus California Policy Fellow and transitional kindergarten teacher at Lois E. Borchardt Elementary School in Lodi, California. She cultivates a love of learning through hands-on science, math, kinesthetic activities, and foundational reading instruction. Grace previously taught in East Palo Alto, Stockton, and Houston, and worked as a Makery Mentor at Stanford’s Graduate School of Education. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and recipient of Santa Clara University’s Public Health Science Community Engagement Award (2021). Grace earned a BS in public health science and BA in Italian studies from Santa Clara University, and MA in education from Stanford University.
