Liz Martin is a Teach Plus Indiana Teaching Policy Fellow who serves as a master teacher at Goshen Middle School, facilitating weekly professional development meetings and giving individualized coaching support in the classroom. Liz began her teacher leadership journey through the TAP System for Student and Teacher Advancement as a mentor teacher. She completed work as a fellow with the Woodrow Wilson Educational Leadership program, and spoke at the 2016 Annual National TAP Conference on the positive impact of teacher leadership roles for schools. Liz graduated from Goshen College with a BA in Business and received her MBA in Educational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis.
