Logan Caldwell teaches 4th grade science and technology at Campus School, where she also founded the school’s Green Team in partnership with Clean Memphis. Additionally, Logan is a an adjunct professor teaching undergraduate education courses for the University of Memphis. She previously taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade at Campus School and 3rd grade in North Carolina. Logan has always wanted to become a teacher to help children and even dressed up as a teacher in first grade when asked what she wanted to be when she grew up. She was able to fulfill her dream when she was chosen as a NC Teaching Fellow and earned her BA in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. As a lifelong learner she has achieved her National Boards in Middle Childhood Generalist, her MS in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Memphis, and her School Library Information Specialist endorsement from the University of Memphis. I’m committed to creating opportunities and experiences for my students to effectively communicate, collaborate, and compromise with their peers to make successful members of our society that will be able to solve problems realistically and synergistically.
