LaFealle Long is a 2022-2023 Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow and is a Business, Computer Science, Personal Finance, and Work Ready High School Teacher in the Earle School District in Earle. LaFealle previously taught post-secondary and vocational education. LaFealle is the Founder/Director of “I AM Empowerment 2020 Collaboration INC,” a nonprofit organization that ensures youth are provided with the tools they need to succeed. LaFealle earned an MPA from Capella University, a BBA from Arkansas State University and is working on a DPA from Capella University. She obtained her teaching license in the PPTL.
