Sarah Lopez is a 2024-2025 Harmony School Leader Advisory Cabinet Member. She is English Language Arts District Instructional Coach for the North Texas District at Harmony Public Schools, providing comprehensive support to teachers across all Harmony Public Schools’ North Texas campuses, from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Sarah delivers targeted coaching through observation and feedback cycles and offers assistance with lesson preparation. She also plays a key role in leading professional learning communities and providing professional development on best practices for achieving high-quality instruction. Sarah has previously held positions as a preK-5 Dean of Academics at Harmony Science Academy in Plano and a preK-5 Dean at Uplift Education. Additionally, she has served as a Math and Science Instructional Coach for Dallas Independent School District. Sarah’s educational career began as a 2nd grade teacher in 2011. She holds a master’s in urban school leadership from Southern Methodist University and a BA in psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington.
