Mary Lou Clough is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Colorado Senior Policy Fellow and multilanguage learner language resource teacher at Frontier Elementary in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She serves as a professional learning facilitator for her district’s English as a Second Language department and co-led her school’s Healthy Schools Committee. Mary Lou serves as vice president of her local union. She earned a BA in elementary education from Central Washington University and an MA in educational leadership from Troy University.
