Jennifer MacDonald is a 2026-2027 Teach Plus Massachusetts Policy Fellow and high school Spanish teacher at Agawam High School in Agawam, Massachusetts. She serves as a teacher leader on the Meeting the Moment Committee. Jennifer previously taught 7-8 grade Spanish at Agawam Junior High School, served as common core facilitator, and began her teaching career at Pathfinder Regional Vocational High School. She received the Harold Grinspoon Pioneer Valley Excellence in Teaching Award (2014) and the Massachusetts Teachers Association Crystal Award (2019). Jennifer earned a BA in Spanish from Regis College and MA in education from American International College.
