Marisha Gadowski is a Teach Plus Commonwealth Teaching Fellow. Marisha teaches 5th grade at the John F. Kennedy Elementary School in Randolph, Massachusetts, where she volunteers on the steering committee, as well as on the school site council. She has worked as both an inclusion teacher and a general education teacher. Marisha earned a BA in Economics and Psychology through Wheaton College and a Masters of Education in Elementary Education 1-6 and Special Education Moderate Disabilities K-8 through the Teach Next Year program at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where she was awarded the 2013 Teacher Education Program Book Award for Excellence in Elementary Education.
